Was wird in die Logdatei geschrieben? Lass das 
> /dev/null
mal weg.
Es kommt eine Fehlermeldung (pppoe: Timeout waiting for PADS packets),
ist aber normal.



Das Log sieht bei mir so aus (allerdings bei Teuerkom):
