Ganz ohne jede Versionsangabe zu pciutils und Kernel bringt das nichts.
Und solange das Asbach-Uralt-Versionen sind bringt das auch nichts.
Dein Fahrplan:
1) Als Root "update-pciids" aufrufen, um sich die neuesten IDs aus dem
Netz zu holen.
2) Aktuellen Kernel installieren, möglichst Debian-Image.
3) Version aus Unstable kompilieren und ausprobieren.
Dazu deb-src Einträge für Unstable in /etc/apt/sources.list eintragen
und dann:
apt-get install gcc
mkdir /usr/src/debian
cd /usr/src/debian
apt-get build-dep pciutils
apt-get -b source pciutils
dpkg -i pciutils*.deb
4) lspci hat eine Manpage und noch ein paar Optionen: -v -vv -M
