tdsl, can't reconnect
Hallo,
folgendes. Wenn ich den Rechner neu starte, wählt er sich einwandfrei
bei T-online ein.
poff und dan wieder pon funktioniert auch einwandfrei.
Also in /etc/crontab:
#verbindet adsl
0 7 * * * root /usr/bin/poff dsl-provider > /dev/null
1 7 * * * root /usr/bin/pon dsl-provider > /dev/null
2 7 * * * root /bin/ping -c5 www.netcologne.de > /dev/null
Und das funktioniert nicht. Hier aus syslog:

Habe es danach manuell noch einmal versucht, ohne Erfolg.

demand und idle sind gesetzt.
Ich möchte nicht nur einen Ping senden, damit die Connection wieder
aufgebaut wird sondern kontollieren können, wann disconnected wird
(damit ich downloads entsprechend steuern kann). Also erst disconnecten
und dann wieder reconnecten. DOD brauche ich nur, falls es aus
irgendwelchen Gründen zwischendurch mal zu einem disconnect kommt.
