inetd KO

Bonjour,

Je n'arrive plus à faire de telnet, ssh, etc sur mon pc (woody). Il 
semblerait que le problème vienne d'inetd (je n'ai pas de démon) : mon 
fichier inetd.conf ne contient vraiment pas grand chose:

$ grep -v \# /etc/inetd.conf
discard         stream  tcp     nowait  root    internal
discard         dgram   udp     wait    root    internal
daytime         stream  tcp     nowait  root    internal
time            stream  tcp     nowait  root    internal

ftp             stream  tcp     nowait  root    /usr/sbin/tcpd

smtp            stream  tcp     nowait  mail    /usr/sbin/exim exim -bs

Donc, c'est normal: je n'ai ni telnet, ni ssh. Comment cela se fait-il ? 
J'ai essayé dpkg-reconfigure netkit-inetd mais j'obtiens le même 
fichier. Comment regénérer proprement mon inetd.conf ?
