No, there is not trademark problem here. I have checked this. For
example Times is a dictionary word so we are allowed to use this word in
font names (I mean 'Times' is forbidden, but 'Free Times' is permited).
On the other hand 'Palatino' is not a dictionary word, hence 'Paladin'
is used instead of 'Palatino'.

I am not specialist in TeX so I will trust in your decisions on this.
