Possibly there are crossed wires here: I already got an account and
mailed this list with my userid (reuben-guest). Still waiting to be
added to the project.
Since for the moment my changes are all to the tug.org page, I'm
dealing with Norbert (currently I'm waiting for him to OK my edits to
the section about installing vanilla TeX Live).
