Computer Modern fonts -- original fonts for TeX by D.E. Knuth (Metafont
source and .tfm metric files) and Type1 fonts by AMS/Bluesky

avantgar, bookman, helvetiv, etc are the URW fonts.

fpl is in texlive-fontsextra
