No, I have waited for further input from the tex-k list. I don't really
know if some PS interpreter just fail on the interted code. Anyway, since
the dvips maintainers hardly respond on tex-k mails, I just have decided
to adopt the new entries.

texk/dvipsk / texk/odvipsk is basically what is provided in the src tree
where dvipsk is maintained (i.e. in the texlive repository). For teTeX,
I only maintain the config.ps that is included in the texmf tarball.
I don't care about the others.
