There's even more good news: There will be a new directory in the TDS,
$TEXMF/scripts/, which contains Perl/Python/whatever scripts, with
corresponding wrappers in $somewhere/bin/. These wrappers will usually
do it, they say.

The "1" is the manpage _section_!!!!1
