Bug#229598: inclusion of large paper sizes

Hi Thomas,

a couple of weeks ago Hilmar suggested to add some paper size
definitions for larger papers, and b6, to config.ps. The patch is in

Have you decided about this?

Just out of curiosity: Why are there four config.ps in the sources, one
in tetex-texmf.tar.gz (texmf/dvips/config/config.ps), three in
texmfsrc.tar.gz (texk/dvipsk/config.ps, and in subdirectories of this)?
