Well, to avoid confusion,

the above entries really originate from pre-hamm packages.

> nextawg (<= 0.5.1-34), nextaw (<< 0.8-2)

nextawg, and nextaw would originate from tetex in potato
(not sure but perhaps), i.e. because of a bug of xdvi with 
nextaw as far as I remembered.

These are necessary for woody (or at least potato) to sarge
upgrade.  Some are included in teTeX 2.0 and others are for
compatibility with update-texmf etc. scripts.
