Ok, but that i need to do at hand ;( Ok so i've done what you said and it appears that 5 files in the texmf.d where old vesrion of the config that update packages doesn't have overwriten: i did the following mv 05TeXMF.cnf.dpkg-dist 05TeXMF.cnf mv 45TeXinputs.cnf.dpkg-dist 45TeXinputs.cnf mv 85Misc.cnf.dpkg-dist 85Misc.cnf mv 95NonPath.cnf.dpkg-dist 95NonPath.cnf mv 75DviPS.cnf.dpkg-dist 75DviPS.cnf update-texmf and everything went fine since.
