No, after upgrading there were no automatically shown debconf
questions. I think it is a bug because for my installations < 2.0.2-4.3
I had German hyphenation patterns installed whereas the current one
seems to delete my settings after the upgrade.

This is correct. After running `dpkg-reconfigure tetex-bin' I have
chosen my German hyphenation again and now it is working again.

I guess it is a bug because why should tetex-bin remove my previous
settings?
