Bug#208408: tetex-bin: No hyphenation patterns were loaded

Did you see the debconf question about hyphenation patterns upon
upgrade? If no, it's a bug. If yes, I must say it's your fault (because
it asked you which hyphenation patterns you wanted, and we changed the
default). 

Anyway, fix the problem in your installation you simply have to run
dpkg-reconfigure tetex-bin and choose the needed hyphenation
patterns. However, we should really find out wether it's a bug.
