Bug#183505: tetex-bin: Switch to po debconf templates

Hmmmm...Carlos is very quick..:-) (he translated "my" tempalted
into spanish). But this is for tetex-base....
So, do you care about receiving modified debian/control,
debian/templates files as well as new debian/po directory with
appropriate files in it so that you may easily switch to po-debconf
for tetex bin?
(the switch is easy anyway : apt-get install po-debconf, add it to
Build-Depends, then run "debconf-gettextize templates" from your
debian directory...and voila!)
