Bug#223412: /usr/bin/pdftex: pdflatex output for tipa fonts crashes pdffonts

Package: tetex-bin
Version: 2.0.2-5.1
Severity: normal
File: /usr/bin/pdftex

Hello,

I'm sorry but I don't know enough to determine whether this is a bug
with tetex-bin, tipa, or xpdf. The following document:

    \documentclass{minimal}
    \usepackage{tipa}
    \begin{document}
    \textvbaraccent{a}
    \end{document}

when processed with pdflatex:

    This is pdfTeX, Version 3.14159-1.10b (Web2C 7.4.5) (format=pdflatex 2003.11.15)  8 DEC 2003 22:26

and, when viewed in xpdf, does not have the \textvbaraccent specified in
the document.

Thank you,
