Just for the record:
amsmath.sty is included in tetex-extra, and the documentation source
amscd.dtx is in tetex-src, but there's no amscd.dvi (or pdf) in
tetex-doc. It should.
If you want a patch, bother me. But not today, not this week - this is
kind of a reminder.

but it was a long time ago, and I looked at it more closely now.
The documentation for amscd.sty is not missing, it is included in
amsldoc.dvi. amscd.dtx contains hardly any user documentation that isn't
yet in amsldoc dvi, but mainly the implementation documentation. For all
the packages that have user documentation and implementation
documentation in separate files, we ship the first in tetex-doc and the
latter in tetex-source, and this we should continue, I think.
So I close this bug. It was me who opened it, but just because somebody
else asked me "where the hell is...". Does anybody remember who that
was, so that I could inform him?
