In case of my non-official packages, this is okay. But
in case of official packages this is impossible unless
we increase the version number, I believe.

Hmm, but then tetex-base needs tetex-bin (so tetex-base itself!)
to build the package, doesn't it ?

Yes this is okay. I'm not expert on UNIX so I didn't think
of using uuencode...
Anyway, it is possible to add binary files as you said.
Then, should we remove bad-license files (if any) from
.orig.tar.gz when we release next official tetex-* packages ?
