Yes, but if the problem here is simply that maxima set 
insufficient Build-Depends: (i.e. lack of texi2html)
then it is quite irrelevant to our current issue (the
splitting of texi2html from tetex-bin).

# And as I wrote in a former email I could not test
# if maxima needed really texi2html or not.
