Hmm, but the last sentence means that the problem caused by
config.ps in the current directory is very rare, doesn't it?
And I sometimes test config.ps -- for example, add some map
file to test extra fonts; add "p +foo.map" in config.ps,
well, not so often but not never...
Generally, I think it is natural that a file in the current
directory is read before one in a system directory.
I prefer that upstream will change the file name.
