Bug#109289: tetex-bin: pdftex doesn't support pdf encryption
Package: tetex-bin
Version: 1.0.7+20001218-5
Severity: wishlist
there are patches available to add encryption support to pdftex.
(similar to the xpdf encryption patches)
in fact upstream (pdftex, not tetex) now includes such support by default.
