new boot-floppies for testing

Until the new 3.0.22 boot-floppies is installed in the archive for
testing, I've put up at least an i386 build (my build, not the
official one) and PowerPC version of the boot-floppies for testing.

I hope to get SPARC up there soon (again, not official, apparently
BenC has a new kernel preparing for that).

Please file bugs if you find problems that are not already filed as
bugs already.  That's the only way we can track and prioritize issues.
