It's there, but it can be easy to miss.  I seem to remember having this
problem myself.  You go through the screens, add the two partitions, and
then you are taken back to a screen that you've seen before, but what
you don't notice is at the bottom there is a new item for the raid
device.  Once you select that you are good to go.
