Use the config from that kernel-image (usually to be found in /boot) and
use that to compile the kernel-source and create a deb with make-kpkg.

apt-get install kernels-source-2.2.20 kernel-package should do the trick
of pulling down the needed packages. Kernel-source resides in /usr/src

And you might want to read the kernel-HOWTO and the make-kpkg man-page
first.
