There is one, and it is producing binaries daily, but infortunately
not all of the programs build without error, and it is very difficult
to go through them all. Please feel free to visit
http://marcus.debian.net/~buildd for a list of statistics on the build
daemon.

We cannot, simply because it isn't on netscape's ftp server any longer
which means we can't distribute it anymore. XF86 3.3.5 is in the potato
archive.
