resc1440-2_2_1.bin

No matter how many different new floppies I use, the following sequence
occurs (paraphrased) on my Sparc 2:

ok boot floppy
SILO
<the Debian intro>
boot:
<enter>
Error reading block 65
/linux not valid image (or words to that effect)

I assumed that it was a disk read problem that basically f-ed the image,
except that multiple new floppies rawritten with the file had the same
error. So I thought the .bin file was maybe corrupted, so I downloaded
again. Same problem. Only other weird thing on the hardware is that
the NVRAM battery is dead (I'll replace it next week), but I don't think
that would affect anything except the Ethernet address settings and the
clock. I could, of course, be wrong. The 2 ST1480 424MB drives in the
Sparc aren't even partitioned yet.

Any ideas?
