I was a tiny bit inaccurate. - The team repository is a master
repository with tools to pull down the entire repositories tree.
Therefore, the pkg-ruby-extras repository usually doesn't change when
packages get updated.

After cloning pkg-ruby-extras, run this stuff to get a checkout of
everything:

apt-get install mr
./make-mrconfig
echo $PWD/.mrconfig >> ~/.mrtrust
mr checkout

If you don't have an "Alioth" account, you'll need to edit the
generated .mrconfig (swap the git URL) before running 'mr checkout'.
