Please drop ec-fonts-mftraced from sarge

ec-fonts-mftraced was added to Debian only to support the lilypond
upgrade (which will not be in sarge, see #305403), and has no current
users in stable.  In view of bug #307063, I think it's better to not
provide this package in sarge; I won't be able to prepare, test, and
upload a suitable fix for this bug before release, and the release is
more important than this package anyway.

This bug is not RC, however, and if the judgment of the release team
is that it's fine to leave ec-fonts-mftraced, then that's ok by me,
but I think Debian sarge will be better without this package.
