More - vs . woes
Was just trying to update r-cran-car which needs r-cran-pbkrtest which was
just rebuild but shows
r-cran-pbkrtest : Depends: r-cran-lme4 (>= 1.1.10) but it is not going to be installed
Depends: r-cran-matrix (>= 1.2.3) but 1.2-14-1+b2 is to be installed
See the '1.2-14 seen as less than 1.2.3' which is a problem.
Maybe we should think about fixing this in dh-r? I'll patch pbkrtest 'by hand'.
(And no, I don't really think it is worth contacting all upstream authors one
by one. This is our bug, and our issue, and asking them to fix something *not
broken by R and CRAN semantics* is a bit much.)
