Agreed, I concur.
That's why I propose to, at least temporarily, not bother users with
big fat warnings, but just adding a link; as usual in the PTS spirit,
the link will be there _only_ if there are failures to show.
Note that as things stand now, the day Holger will start publishing
the file I mentioned, the big fat warnings will appear.
