Re: round 2 xlibs-dev transition; packages with adjusted dependencies needing upload

Here are some more bugs needing uploads.  This list includes packages
which needed replacement direct dependencies, are tested in pbuilder,
and have no changes reported by debdiff save for some
version/size/depends stuff.

I also confirmed that debdiff against the 10 sponsored NMU uploads
from yesterday have no file changes, and only debian/control changes
for depends/version/size.
