Bug#321715: www.debian.org: qa.debian.org's Developer's Package overview doesn't work by gpg key any more

Yeah, something is borked, I'm workign on revising this whole gpg
thingy at the moment, hopefully finishing today (but I suggest to not
hold your breath).
