If you send a mail to a public mailinglist about a specific person,
please do Cc that person, that's considered polite.
Regarding whether he's completely missing for his Debian work, I don't
know (yet), but you tipped mia@qa.d.o a bit back, so that'll become
clear in a while -- when I get around to ping Joe.
Oh well, he's in Cc now anyway, Joe, what's up? Are you still there?

You can always NMU. The MIA process doesn't have a fast track, and in
nearly all cases, it takes months.
