IMHO an update to a new version of the wxgtk wouldn't start other
packages to be broken, would it?
So I think we should the Debian-Team (Ron) decide what to do - Joey told
me, he'd be the one to ask for.

Indeed I am not shure if I can manage that (would be my first .deb) -
