Packages disappear from testing when they've been removed from unstable, and
nothing still in testing depends on them.

At the moment this biggest problems are python modules that don't build on
all architectures because not all architectures have python2.2 available,
and thus aren't get upgraded; and a few modules having RC bugs.

I'm looking into it as time permits.
