I did not follow the discussion on (I presume) IRC [1], here some notes:
a) I do not see why we use Vaumarcus and not 'Le Camp'.
b) I would use 'lake Neuchâtel' and not the French name

c) I still fail to see the difference between mentioning Vaumarcus and
"on the banks of Lac de Neuchâtel". If finally DebConf13 will *not*
be hosted at 'Le Camp', then it will probably *not* hosted near
Neuchâtel either, given that the backup solutions are cities (Geneva
or Zurich). In any case, there is still a mention of Vaumarcus at
line 24.
d) FWIW, exact dates were already decided *before* submitting the bid,
also because 'Le Camp' is available for two weeks only on those
dates. So, I would remove that phrase entirely.
[1] please always report important points on the mailing list, for those
who can not be on IRC most of the their time.
