Updated Publicity Page

I have just updated the prototype publicity page.  Some links were added to 
the press destinations, but the major change is the addition of the Press 
Comments section.  Please take a look at it as the lack of a policy in this 
area has caused a bit of discussion regarding the ZDNet response recently.
