Very intersting (and complex), thank you !  I was almost editing the
DFSGLicenses page on the wiki to mention that fact, when I realised that,
strangely, the right to upgrade the version number of the license is only
granted if what is distributed is an Adaptation.

Torsten, do you konw what is the FTP team's position on this ?
