Looking at the GR, I see that I am a member of the DM team, but this thread is the first activity I see about DM since the GR voting period was over. The point Joerg is trying to make is, I think, exactly the non-public way work was started, defying the quite important idea of accountability through documentation of work that was the basis of the rules approved in the GR. It would have been nice to give a short notice on -project that actual has been started/has been done, so that the project is aware of these changes.
