Hi so, whats the status of Debian Maintainers? I see a package for it in Debian, the keyring is in ftp-master dak.conf, the changelog says 3 people got added. So one can guess they are able to upload their packages, right? But then - where are the notices to debian-project about that? Your GR[1] said, in point 2, "All additions to the keyring will be publicly announced to the debian-project list." Next is - where are the advocation mails for the added people? The GR says "Advocacy messages should be posted to debian-newmaint or other relevant public mailing list, and a link to that mail provided with the application." Now, nothing on debian-newmaint (except for someone not in the DM keyring). Using google with a search on lists.debian.org for the 3 names that are currently in returns - nothing that is an advocation mail. Please follow your own rules. Thanks.
