I don't think it is actually a discussion *on* ProposedTrademarkPolicy,
but rather a discussion *triggered by* ProposedTrademarkPolicy.
That is to say: an offspring or variant of ProposedTrademarkPolicy.
But it developed in a somewhat different plan, even though not
*completely* different...
