MVME5500 board with Squeeze
Hi everybody,
I'm in a company internship (with Xavier Grave as tutor) at the Nuclear
Physic Institute in Orsay (France). I'm working on the port for board
MVME5500 (kernel and VME driver) from 2.6.14 version up to 2.6.26.
The MVME5500 works now with Linux kernel 2.6.26 and Debian Squeeze.
Patches for Linux kernels from 2.6.14 to 2.6.26 are available.
Every document necessary for compilation of kernels (configurations and
patches) are available on this web site [1]. Unfortunately the web site
is in French, sorry for inconvenient.
A VME driver (Tundra Universe II) is also available for 2.6.18 and 2.6.26.
I will continue my work about the MVME5500 board :
� - add irq support (real time and not real time) for the VME driver
� - try to go from 2.6.26 to 2.6.3x kernels
