Missing nodes (because of lack of sysfs support in related drivers)
can be created by means of /etc/udev/links.conf
X can use the fbdev only if /dev/fb0 is in /dev
so I had
D fb
M fb/0 c 29 0
L fb0 fb/0
and the horizontal flashy lines disappeared :)
Note that you need this line to get pmud (or pbbuttonsd) to start
M adb c 56 0
