I know why that is, i use --add-to-version=-powerpc for the build
target, and --add-to-version=-powerpc-subarch to make the images.

I don't know if kernel-package can do this, maybe it is too limiting,
and i seriously am thinking about doing this all without kernel-package,
which is too limiting i find.
