Hmm... I don't think this is necessary. Here's my working config:

dev/mac_hid/keyboard_sends_linux_keycodes=1
dev/mac_hid/keyboard_lock_keycodes=0
dev/mac_hid/mouse_button_emulation=1

Basically, by default, the kernel uses fn+ctrl middle mouse button, and
fn+alt/option right mouse button. I think you need the keyboard setting
there, otherwise (from memory) something screws up.
