Unfortunately (?), it is all too easy to rebut.  The author of the above
referenced message, which says that both Mail-Followup-To and
Mail-Copies-To should be totally ignored, is "Jamie Zawinski <jwz@jwz.org>".

That should be a strong enough argument for doing the opposite for
anyone.
