I removed that one from the boot-floppies keymaps.tgz because 
console-tools loadkeys barfed on it.

Loading /usr/share/keymaps/mac/mac-de-latin1-nodeadkeys.kmap.gz
loadkeys: /usr/share/keymaps/mac/mac-de-latin1-nodeadkeys.kmap.gz:11: 
adding map 3 violates explicit keymaps line)

Another bad one:
