I also disagree strongly with the reasons behind the proposal. If we
need another CD, we should use another CD. Trying to fidget things to
fit is a pointless exercise, certainly, in the long run, and probably
in the short run as well. If we need three CDs for the source, we
need three CDs for the source.
OTOH, I don't object to the idea of adding *some* support for bzip,
esp., when the upstream is available bzipped. That would make sense.
