However, the CD boundary is critical for potato.  And potato will be
released in a few months.

Furthermore, putting spillover source and spillover binaries on the
same disc is a non-starter if we want to preserve the current practice
of making the source CDs non-arch-specific.  I can see contrib and
oldlibs (binary and source) on a CD#3 though, which might let us get
away with a 2 CD upgrade from slink.

So I amend the proposal to drop "require."
