A couple of people have made that point by now, so I guess I have
to admin that technically main would still be consistent.

I disagree here. Personally I would be very annoyed if I got a
CD (an official CD even) and then discover that there are packages
in main that don't work. The frustration that can gave greatly
outweighs the fact that you save people a couple of minutes of
download time.

So you want us to be influenced by the current market situation? If
those resellers are so great how hard would it be for them to make
a main-US+main-non-US CD and sell that to US citizens?
